INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS

Offering opportunities for elementary school students to learn, develop, explore, and have fun beyond the normal school day in a safe, educational environment. In addition to providing enriching extended day child care, AlphaBEST is also an authorized provider of supplemental education services.

EXTENDED DAY CHILD CARE

Learning doesn't stop when school is over for the day! In cooperation with local school districts, we offer academically focused extended day child care programs designed to boost children's academic and social achievements in a safe and supportive environment.

Programs meet after school, at school. In addition to eliminating the need for transportation, this structure offers parents piece of mind knowing that their children are at their safe school setting supervised by some of the same highly qualified instructors with whom they spend their school day.

In addition to providing supervision, snacks and individualized help with homework, our curriculum engages kids's hearts and minds by creating opportunities for active, hands-on learning - the kind kids like best!

SUPPLEMENTAL EDUCATION SERVICES (SES)

  • Regular progress reports.

AlphaBEST is an approved and experienced provider of supplemental education services (SES). SES programs help move schools toward improvement by assisting struggling learners and addressing achievement gaps.

Mandated under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, SES is a government funded tutoring program that provides eligible students in grades K-8 extra help in reading and math. SES-eligible students are those who attend a Title 1 elementary school that fails to make adequate yearly progress for three years. Eligible families choose an SES provider from a list developed by the state and school district pays the provider for the services.
