Experienced Educators

AlphaBEST professionals are carefully selected based on our corporate guidelines and state level regulations established for Extended Day Programs and Supplemental Educational Service Providers. While staffing patterns vary from site to site, many of our instructors either teach or have taught in public or private schools.

Low Pupil-Teacher Ratios

We use appropriate student to staff ratios to guarantee students a great deal of direct contact with caring instructors. Students work and learn in small groups with low pupil- teacher ratios (6-8 pupils per instructor), which allows instructors to focus on individual student needs.

Intensive Training Provided

All instructors receive intensive training on the important aspects of delivering a research-based curriculum and maintaining a safe environment where children feel relaxed and secure. Our instructors are trained to introduce essential higher order thinking skills that enable students to more effectively organize and compare information to make thoughtful decisions.
