There is so much more to music than what meets the ear! Learning music at an early age aids in physical, social-emotional and brain development. The benefits of a music education includes increased academic achievement, enhanced fine motor skills, increased self-esteem and improved problem-solving skills. Despite their many advantages, music education programs are suffering from school budget cuts, and children are missing out on the benefits of music learning.
