AlphaBEST Account Balances
According to our Family Handbook, AlphaBEST’s usual policy states that fees will not be adjusted or refunded due to unanticipated emergency closures. However, due to the unprecedented economic impact of the COVID-19 crisis, we are not charging for any weeks that were missed due to school closures related to the coronavirus. For any such weeks that were already billed, we will be issuing a credit to make it right. You are welcome to leave the full credit balance on your account to be used for future service, such as Summer Camp or Fall 2020-2021 care, or you have the option to request a refund, less a 10% processing fee. Refunds will be issued in the form in which they were paid. Please note that any refund requests will be evaluated on an individual basis.
