For Lydia Martinez, a former Site Director who now serves as a Business Development Account Manager at AlphaBEST, participating in Guild was an opportunity to continue growing in a meaningful way. She recently completed an Operations Management Certificate, gaining new perspectives on organizational excellence, leadership, and operational strategy.
